The BBC has decided not to air a scene showing an erect penis on their 'filthy' TV drama Industry amid the sex scandals involving their presenters.

In the first episode of the third series of the programme, which will be shown in the US, viewers will see the organ of Charles Hanani, the father of main character Yasmin who is portrayed by Marisa Abela - the star who plays Amy Winehouse in the singer's biopic.

Charles is her billionaire scammer dad who is portrayed by RADA-trained actor Adam Levy, 53. He will be seen having sex in his yacht with a blonde woman in the first two minutes of the first episode.

But the BBC has confirmed that they have decided against using that version.

The third season debuted in the US two weeks ago on the HBO channel but will air on the BBC later this year

Last week MailOnline revealed that Jermaine Jenas had been sacked from his 190,000-a-year job at the BBC for sending unsolicited text messages to junior colleagues. One worked with him on The One Show.

Meanwhile, Huw Edwards last month pleaded guilty to three counts of making indecent images of children. He admitted having 41 indecent images of children, which had been sent to him by another man on WhatsApp,

They included seven category A images, the most serious classification - two of which showed a child aged between about seven and nine.

The previous series of BBC drama Industry was described as the 'filthiest' show the broadcaster had ever aired.

The show portrays young graduates working competitively at a City of London bank where they seek to out-do each other when it comes to earnings, obat kuat murah drugs and sex.

The third season of Industry debuted in the US two weeks ago on the HBO channel but will air on the Beeb in the UK later this year.

It will star Harrington as a City worker named Henry Muck and will have eight episodes.

At the helm of the show is Jane Tranter, the BBC's former controller of fiction during which time she oversaw the corporation's output in drama and comedy.

This article replaces a previous version which incorrectly claimed that the BBC intended to show a scene with an erect penis in their broadcast of the programme. In fact, while a version of the show being shown in the US did include this scene, the BBC have told us that their version was always intended to be broadcast in an edited version which censored this aspect.
