It can recognize obstacles like chairs and cluttered areas, meaning it doesn't have to navigate the same area repeatedly. It also comes with an UltraClean mode that doubles suction and employs a an arc-shaped crosshatch to access the dirtiest areas.

You can also make "no-go zones" on the IQ map by dragging boxes into the areas you want to stay clear of. This isn't as precise as LIDAR however it is helpful in preventing the robot from getting lost or accidentally reversing their path. The app allows you to choose the power level and vacuuming mode and also set a cleaning schedule.
