The dock also includes a cleaning solution in the water for deep cleaning. The S1's tank of water holds enough for about twelve cleaning sessions before it needs to be cleaned, although this can vary based the amount you use the mop.

The S1 needs periodic maintenance, just like other 2-in-1 robots. For this, you'll need to wash the water tank that is dirty regularly to prevent it from clogging. It is also necessary to clean the swivel wheel and sensors regularly to prevent them from becoming clogged with dirt or dust. However, overall, the S1 is simple to maintain, particularly compared to other combinations which require more effort to maintain.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The mopping capabilities are quite impressive, and comes with two spinning mops that actually lift and scrub the floors instead of simply dragging the pad over it. The mops are cleaned using heated water and dried in the base station when needed. The mops are also replenished at the top of the station as they are required.

3. Dreame X40 ultra

Dreame's X30 Ultra robot vacuum and mop were released earlier in the year. But their latest flagship model comes with even more impressive features. It is a great cleaner and is simple to maintain. This makes it a worthy contender for our top list of robot vacuums and mop. Its superior mapping abilities, RGB AI smart detection, and an expanded side brush ensure that an efficient, custom-designed clean is accomplished.

The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, removing fine and large debris from hard floors as well as carpets. This isn't surprising because it doesn't have AI-powered obstacle-avoidance features.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is one of the most quiet robovacs that we have tested, it also has a unique method to map your home this allows it to get into places that other vacuums cannot reach. The device also stores dust in a larger bin which means you have to empty it less often. It also has washable filters, which can further cut costs.
